Who we are
SWITCH! Live is run by Sabina Jany, trading as Unpolished Courage, in the UK.
What you're buying
A six-week live online group course. It runs on six Mondays, from 11 January to 15 February 2027. Sessions run 7 to 8.30pm UK time, and the last one runs 7 to 10pm. There are 11 places.
Price and payment
The price is £679. During our Black Friday offer, from 27 November to 27 December 2026 (UK time), it's £369. You pay through Stripe. Stripe handles your card details. We never see them.
Cancellations and refunds
There are no refunds, by choice, apart from the legal 14-day cooling-off period you have when you buy online in the UK.
Under UK rules, if you ask to start within those 14 days, your right to cancel can change. If you're unsure, please check with an adviser.
Sessions
Sessions are not recorded, so the group can speak freely. What's said in the group stays in the group.
Not medical advice
SWITCH! is a practice, not medical or psychological care. If you're unwell, please speak to your GP.

If dates or plans change, bina will tell you openly.
